Software Engineer at Monsha.AI · Research Intern at UIUC
About Me
Hi, I am Pial. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). Currently, I am a remote research intern at Professor Tianyin Xu's lab at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where I develop a benchmark framework to evaluate AI agents' ability to detect, localize and mitigate realistic failures in cloud-native environments. Alongside my research, I work as a full-time Software Engineer at Monsha.AI, building AI-powered tools to help educators create classroom materials. My experience spans both academic research and industry, having worked at small to mid-sized startups.
You're beautiful as you are, Courage. With all your imperfections, you can do anything.
Research Interests
My research focuses on leveraging AI to transform software engineering practices. I am interested in developing intelligent systems that can automate software development workflows, improve system reliability, and enhance the overall software engineering lifecycle through AI-driven approaches.
